During a resuscitation,
a lot happens at once.

Time tracking during CPR is often done with a simple stopwatch, loose notes, or from memory. That takes attention — and increases the risk of errors or missed moments.

CPR Timer takes over all time management and provides calm, structure and overview during the incident.
Tracking time
Performing chest compressions
Ventilating
Rhythm checks at the right moment
Logging shocks
Communicating with colleagues
Handover to ambulance or hospital

What CPR Timer
does for you.

Designed for the field. Minimal interaction, maximum support.

Smart CPR timer

Automatically tracks total resuscitation time and current set time. Visible at a glance:

  • How long the resuscitation has been running
  • When the next set starts
  • When a rhythm check is coming up

Shock registration

Log shocks with a single tap. The app keeps track of:

  • Total number of shocks delivered
  • Exact time each shock was given
  • Which set it occurred in

Automatic sets & cycles

Sets, rotation moments and progress are tracked automatically — no manual counting during the call.

  • Set count tracked
  • Rotation moments logged
  • Structure during long incidents

Voice alerts

Audio cues so you look at the screen less:

  • "At 1 minute" (halfway)
  • "15 seconds remaining"
  • "Rhythm check / rotate"

Clear session log

A full overview after the incident for handover, evaluation and debriefing:

  • Timeline of events
  • Shocks, sets and duration
  • Ideal for reporting

Metronome (100–120 BPM)

Built-in metronome for correct compression rate. Adjustable from 100 to 120 BPM, in line with adult and paediatric CPR guidelines.

  • Adjustable 100–120 BPM
  • Includes reference to paediatric CPR protocol (PDF in app)
  • Total time adjustable for delays

Why CPR Timer
was built.

"I built this because I needed it myself during calls."
— Benjamin, active firefighter

The app grew out of real operational experience. No complex medical software, just a fast and intuitive tool that provides immediate support during an actual resuscitation. Continuously developed based on feedback from the field.

Built from real operational experience — not based on assumptions, but on what is actually needed in the field.

Continuously improving — new features and improvements are actively released based on feedback from users in the field.

Privacy by design — session data stays local on the device, no personal data required, no ads, no accounts. Core functionality fully offline. See what we collect →
